Sheldon Ritchie is a Texas native with over 45 years of experience in military and civilian security, law enforcement, force protection, safety, and counter-terrorism operations. He is a proven leader with significant experience in leading contract private security protective forces for the military, the government, and the private sector. 

Mr. Ritchie's expertise in security planning also includes security system design, access control and alarm assessment, large-event security operations, emergency response plans, and vulnerability assessments.  He worked globally as a senior military analyst and held positions of leadership within the private sector contract security arena, delivering critical protection programs in support of U.S. Government programs.
